These terms govern your use of the Ciprio website, published by Ciprio Verhille (see the legal notice). By using the site, you accept these terms.
2. A product in development
Ciprio is a football video analysis product that is currently being developed. The site presents what the product is designed to do. No service is sold through this site at this stage.
The matches, teams, players, ratings and statistics shown on the site, including in the animated examples, are fictional and for illustration only. Features, timings and pricing may change before launch.
3. Waitlist
Joining the waitlist is free and creates no obligation, either for you or for Ciprio. It simply allows Ciprio to inform you about the launch, pricing and plans. You can leave the waitlist at any time by writing to verhille.ciprio@gmail.com. Any future paid service will be subject to its own terms of sale.
4. Intellectual property
The name Ciprio, the logo, the texts, visuals, animations and the design of this site are the property of Ciprio Verhille. Any reproduction or reuse, in whole or in part, without prior written permission is prohibited, except for short quotations with a clear reference to the source.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to disrupt the site, attempt to access data you are not entitled to, submit false information or use the forms to send unsolicited, unlawful or offensive content.
6. Liability
Ciprio takes care to keep the information on this site accurate, but cannot guarantee that it is complete or always up to date. The site may be interrupted for maintenance or for reasons beyond Ciprio's control. Within the limits allowed by law, Ciprio cannot be held liable for indirect damage resulting from the use of the site.
7. External links
The site may link to other websites. Ciprio has no control over them and is not responsible for their content.
8. Applicable law
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, a friendly solution will be sought first. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live.
