Ciprio is a project under development: this site presents a football video analysis product that is not yet available. This policy applies to the site ciprio.ai and to any domain that later points to it. It is written to comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act.
1. Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is Ciprio Verhille, a private individual based in Toulouse, France, who runs the Ciprio project. Ciprio is not yet a registered company.

2. Data collected

No account is created, no payment is taken and no sensitive data is requested. Please do not include sensitive information in your messages.
3. Purposes and legal basis
- Informing you about the launch (launch date, pricing, plans) when you join the waitlist. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- Replying to your messages sent through the contact form or by email. Legal basis: your consent and Ciprio's legitimate interest in answering requests.
- Running and securing the site. Legal basis: legitimate interest in providing a working, secure website.
Your data is never sold, rented or used for advertising. No automated decision about you is made from it.
4. How long data is kept
- Waitlist: until you unsubscribe or ask for deletion, and at most 3 years after your last interaction with Ciprio.
- Contact messages: as long as needed to handle your request, then at most 3 years.
- Technical logs: kept by the host for a short period, according to its own policy.
5. Recipients and hosting
Only Ciprio Verhille has access to the waitlist and to contact messages. The following providers process data on Ciprio's behalf:
- Supabase Inc. stores form submissions in a database located in the European Union (Paris region).
- Vercel Inc. (United States) hosts and delivers the website.
- Google serves the fonts used by the site (Google Fonts), which involves your IP address being sent to Google.
When a provider is based outside the EU, transfers rely on the safeguards provided by that provider, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
6. Cookies
This site uses no cookies, no analytics and no advertising trackers. That is why you are not asked for cookie consent. If this changes, this policy will be updated and your consent will be requested where required.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw your consent at any time. You can also give instructions about what happens to your data after your death.
To exercise these rights, write to verhille.ciprio@gmail.com. You will receive an answer within one month. If you believe your rights are not respected, you can file a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
8. Security
Form submissions travel over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). The database is configured so that the website can only add entries: no one can read the waitlist or messages through the site.
9. Changes to this policy
This policy may change as the product develops, in particular when the service launches. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version.
